Manually updating the plugin is really easy, just follow these steps:

Download the new version from your codecanyon downloads page. Make sure to download the Installable WordPress File only option.
Upload and install the file via the plugin manager.
WordPress will ask to replace the old one, click the Replace current with uploaded button
