Is the plugin compatible with any theme?

Yes, the search is template independent.

Can I have more than 1 search box on my page?

Yes, you can create as many different boxes as you want.

Can I search for custom post types?

Yes you can, see the Search in custom post types section

Can I search post media attachments?

Yes, it is possible.

Can I search attachment file contents as well?

Yes, indexing and searching Text, PDF, RTF, CSV, Office docx, Excel and Powerpoint file contents is possible. More information in Attachment content search section.

Can I search files in a directory, that are not registered as media attachments?

No, unfortunately that is not possible.

Can I also use it as a simple search engine without ajax?

Yes you can. The plugin is also a fully funtional simple search engine.

Can I display the same search results on the default WordPress search page as on the ajax search pro?

Yes, it is possible. More information in Search results page override section.

Will it work with any language? (chineese, russian, greek etc..)

Yes, the plugin is language independent.

Is the plugin compatible with multi language plugins like WPML?

Yes, it is fully compatible with WPML, Polylang and QTranslateX plugins.

Are there any recurrence fees?

Once you buy the product, it’s yours for life with free updates, documentation and 6 months of support (re-newable, see envato’s item support policy for more information).

Will you help me if I have problems?

Yes, of course, the plugin is supported. If you haven’t found resolution in this documentation or in the knowledge base, you can open a support ticket and I will assist you with the problem.

Does it support searching for post categories and post tags?

Yes the plugin supports searching for post categories and tags.

Does it support searching for product categories and tags or other taxonomy terms?

Yes, you can select which taxonomy terms you would like to search for.

Can I look for posts, pages or products based on tags or categories?

Yes, the plugin supports that. It can look through every taxonomy term related to any post type - post tags, post categories, product tags, product categories, forum tags etc...

Can I search executed shortcode content?

As of plugin version 4.5, yes you can. It requires to generate an index table to index every shortcode content.

Can I display the ajax search results on the default search page?

Yes, if you search through the Ajax Search Pro input box and the override is activated, the same results will appear on the default results page.

Is the plugin compatible with WooCommerce?

Yes, it is compatible with WooCommerce.

Will the search display WooCommerce product images?

Yes, it will.
